Voting reforms are not new. The problem is getting them passed. Here is Wisconsin, with the GOP controlling the state legislature–thanks to gerrymandered districts—voter restrictions are the norm. Democrat-led voting reforms won’t see the light of day, even if the courts rule that in-place voting restrictions are illegal.
