Beardsley, Boor and King, Dems seeking 6th CD seat, agree to participate in July 1 League of Women Voters of the Ripon Area candidate forum
Democrats vying for the right top face off against incumbent Republican Congressman Glen Grothman–Michael Beardsley, Matt Boor, and Jessica King–will have the opportunity to answer questions from the general public, Wednesday, July 1, as the League of Women Voters of the Republic Area and he Five County Tobacco Free Coalition hosts it second candidate forum of the election year.
The forum, like the one last week, will be a virtual forum, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. And like the one last week, it will be broadcast live on the City of Ripon public Access channel, Spectrum 986 and then uploaded to Youtube. The forum, which will start at 7 p.m. is closed to the public.
Questions for the three candidates are being solicited from the general public and can be directed to the League at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Because of time constraints, questions that are similar will be combined. Questions are directed at all the candidates running for the same position, not to any candidate in particular.
