The three Federal appellate court judges who ruled earlier this week that GOP-attempts to limit voting rights were constitutional, are all Republicans. The ruling limits, for example, the period of time during which voters can return their absentee ballots. Why is this ruling such a big deal? Because Wisconsin is considered a key state in the November presidential election and Republicans are doing everything they can to suppress voter turnover. Why? Because they are afraid that a strong turnout in November will lead to wins for Democratic Party candidates.
